Who we are
BeigeBold is run by Marko Tomić Preduzetnik Beograd (Palilula), Belgrade, Serbia, registered with the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR), registration no. (MB) 67351118, tax ID (PIB) 114140259. We decide how your personal data is used. For anything about your data, email marko@beigebold.com.
What we collect
- The Get started form: your name, work email, brand name, website, ad spend range, where your footage comes from, the plan you’re leaning toward, an optional ad link and anything you write in the notes. You don’t have to give us this, but we can’t reply without your contact details.
- Emails and calls: what you send us and what we discuss.
- Business contacts: if we reach out to you, your name, role, work email and company, taken from public sources such as your website or LinkedIn, or from prospecting tools.
- Clients: billing details for invoices, and the footage and files you share for your ads.
- Technical data: our host keeps short-lived server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and protect the site.
Personal data in a client’s footage is handled on that client’s behalf, under our terms. If you appear in an ad, contact the brand first.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and set up a call. These are steps you ask for before a contract.
- To deliver the service and send invoices. This is needed to perform our contract with you.
- To keep accounting and tax records. The law requires this.
- To keep the site secure and working. This is our legitimate interest.
- To contact businesses that may need our service. This is our legitimate interest, and you can object at any time.
We don’t sell your data or share it for third-party advertising. Filling out the form doesn’t add you to a mailing list.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or ad tracking. Its fonts are served from our own host, not from a third party.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify hosts this site and receives the form (United States).
- Our email provider stores the messages we exchange.
- The tools we use to edit, review, share and store work, which may include AI software.
- Our bank processes your payments.
- Our accountant handles billing and tax records.
Some of these providers are in the United States. Where data leaves Serbia, we rely on a transfer ground the law allows, such as a provider’s EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification, or because the transfer is needed to answer you or perform our contract.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry or our outreach doesn’t lead to work together, we delete your details within 12 months, keeping only what we need to honor an opt-out. Client data is kept for the length of our work together, and invoices and accounting records for as long as Serbian law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. You can object to our outreach at any time. Email marko@beigebold.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to Serbia’s Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection at poverenik.rs.
Changes
If this notice changes, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
