Who these terms are for
BeigeBold is run by Marko Tomić Preduzetnik Beograd (Palilula), Belgrade, Serbia, registered with the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR), registration no. (MB) 67351118, tax ID (PIB) 114140259 (“we”). The service is for businesses only, not consumers. These terms apply to every order. If we sign an order form with you, it includes these terms, and where the two differ, the order form wins.
What you’re paying for
You pay for time with the service, not for a number of ads. A Sprint is 2 weeks. The Main offer runs in 4-week cycles. In these terms, a “cycle” means either one. A deliverable is one finished file, such as a new ad, a hook variation, a cut-down or a revised version.
During a paid cycle you can add unlimited requests and revisions to your request board, and we work through them one at a time. There’s no minimum number of deliverables. The cycle keeps running if the request board is empty or we’re waiting on you.
The 24-hour turnaround is a target average per deliverable across a cycle, not a deadline for each request. More complex projects take longer, and we’ll tell you the timeline before we start.
Payment
- Prices are in US dollars. Any taxes or bank charges on your side are yours to cover. You get an invoice before each cycle and pay by bank transfer.
- Paying an invoice or signing an order form means you accept these terms.
- A cycle starts on the first work day after your payment reaches our account.
- Nothing renews automatically. You choose whether to pay for the next cycle, and there’s no commitment.
- The founding rate applies to your first cycle only.
- Paid cycles aren’t refunded. If we can’t work on some days of a paid cycle because of us, we add those days to the end of the cycle.
- If we end the service ourselves before a paid cycle finishes, we refund the unused days, unless you broke these terms.
When a cycle ends
Work stops at the end of the paid cycle, whether or not the request board is empty. Finished deliverables are yours to keep. Unfinished requests stay on the board and pick up again if you pay for a new cycle.
Your part
- You confirm you have the rights to the footage, music, logos and other material you send, including releases from the people who appear in it.
- You’re responsible for the claims in your ads, their proof, any required disclosures, and following the ad platforms’ policies.
- We can decline a request we believe is unlawful or breaks platform rules.
- If someone brings a claim against us because of material you supplied or the claims in your ads, you cover our reasonable costs and losses.
Tools, subcontractors and your data
We may use software, including AI tools, and subcontractors bound by confidentiality to produce your deliverables. We stay responsible for their work.
If your files contain personal data, we process it on your behalf, only to provide the service and as these terms allow, and we keep it secure. We delete your source files within 90 days after our work ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them.
Who owns the work
Once a cycle is paid in full, we transfer to you, exclusively, worldwide and for the full term of protection, all economic rights we hold in the finished deliverables from that cycle, for any use and in any media, including the right to edit them.
This doesn’t cover your own materials, music, stock footage or other licensed elements, which stay under their own licenses, or material the law doesn’t protect, such as purely AI-generated elements. Project files aren’t included by default. Our methods, templates and the Bold Standard stay ours.
You allow us to show finished deliverables in our portfolio once they’ve run publicly. We won’t share non-public results, or show a person in an ad unless their release covers it. If you’d rather we didn’t show your work, tell us and we won’t.
No guaranteed results
We don’t guarantee any ad performance, such as ROAS, CTR or sales. Any example metrics on our site are illustrative.
Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for the cycle in which the claim arose. We aren’t liable for lost profits, ad spend or other indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.
Working together
We’re an independent business and carry the normal business risk of our work. We work for other clients, and we choose our own tools and hours. We keep your non-public information confidential.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute goes to the competent court in Belgrade.
Changes
We may update these terms. A change applies from the next cycle you pay for, not to one already paid.
